|Cancellations||You can cancel orders free of cost before they have been shipped out.
Currently, we do not allow order cancellations post-shipment due to the bulky nature of our products and high shipping and handling costs.
In special cases, order cancellations post-shipment can be considered. However, we will refund the invoice amount subject to deduction of shipping and handling costs as well as reverse logistics costs.
|Returns||We accept return requests for delivered products only in the following cases:
• If the product delivered is different from the product ordered
• If the product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
Return requests should be raised within 7 days from delivery.
We generally do not offer returns or refunds for any other reasons except for the above.
The returned product will be exchanged with a new one. If an identical replacement is not available, we will recommend similar products. Or just give you a refund of the entire invoice value, with our apologies! In special cases, other returns can be considered subject to reverse logistics and related costs applicable to the customer.
|Refunds||You will need to preserve the original invoice and shipping label of the products you wish to return.
Refunds generally take 15 working days to process.
